After thirty-two years of running from his past, Scott makes a shocking discovery. Now he s returning home to the friends he left behind, and the mother who never gave up hope. But what he finds when he gets there is even more surprising. This poignant story from New York Times bestselling author Richard Siddoway is an inspiring message of redemption, conversion, forgiveness, and family.

Richard M. Siddoway was born in Salt Lake City and reared in Bountiful, Utah. He was a professional educator for over forty-five years. In 1994, he was asked by Governor Leavitt to create the nation's first state-wide virtual high school--The Electronic High School--which served students nationwide. He served three terms in the Utah House of Representatives; the last two years he served as Speaker Pro Tempore of the House. Fulfilling a promise to his electorate, he limited his service to three terms. He has served as a bishop and stake president in the Bountiful Utah Val Verda Stake. He and his wife, Janice, are the parents of eight children and grandparents of twenty six. They have served missions in Nauvoo, Illinois, and Taylorsville, Utah. Richard is the author of eleven previous books, including the New York Times, bestseller The Christmas Wish, which was made into a movie starring Debbie Reynolds, Neil Patrick Harris, and Naomi Watts.
