    Yummy dishes

This was an excellent cook book and had a fabulous layout. The layout is what I envision our book to look like once we publish it into print. If a cookbook has a photo for each recipe, it is golden for me. I like to see what I’m going to cook and the pictures showcased each recipe beautifully. Also, each section had a summary of all the dishes. It was so organized! The chicken recipes looked delicious so I’m excited to try them out. And of course the sweets section caught my eye. I will definitely be making the Cranberry-Almond Chocolate Bark and the Ricotta Blintzes. Yum! Overall, I was pretty impressed with the variety of dishes. I especially loved getting to know the author, Amy Flanigan who didn’t know a thing about food. So, anyone can write a cookbook if you have the desire and dedication. Flanigan also has a blog called, Belly Full so check it out for additional recipes. I definitely recommend Good Fast Eats, perfect for anyone who likes to eat and cook fast.

If you're looking for a cookbook that has solid, simple recipes that turn out food with tons of flavor, this is the one. What's special about this cookbook is that it's perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced cooks (if you like delicious food that doesn't take a gazillion hours to prepare, which I DO). There's also a tips section and a list of things to keep on hand so you can make any/all of the recipes at the moment you need to without having to make an extra trip to the store! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
